I was first exposed to natural healing methods in my childhood in Poland as my mother and grandmother always used herbal and plant remedies as complementary healing treatments.
At university, where I studied international business management, I started traveling, and became fascinated by oriental cultures and therapeutic art. Since 2000, I have been a practitioner of the Yoga Sivananta Vedanta way to a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
My interest in natural therapy grew to the point where I completed a professional massage training course at the Art du Toucher Institute in Geneva. Once I obtained my diploma I became a natural therapist accredited at Santé Suisse and ASCA (the Foundation for the recognition of complementary therapies in Switzerland). This accreditation allows my clients who have a complementary health insurance plan to obtain reimbursement of their treatment costs. Since qualifying, I have continued to explore several different healing techniques from Western deep tissue massage to Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage.
This all began as a hobby I enjoyed in parallel with my international management studies, MBA and career development in the business world. In my subsequent professional career in project and people management in a multinational environment I applied various techniques including change management, 6Sigma Lean methodology and team building. I also become a certified life coach and NLP practitioner.
These two paths – the ancient arts of wellbeing and my modern business career - have fused today in the creation of a Life Touch – Life Coaching practice that offers a holistic body and mind solution.
Such a combination gives me an ideal blend of skills and knowledge with which to offer individual clients a tailored solution relevant to their needs in terms of transformational life coaching or natural body therapy.
